We started J Gabis Goodies Bakery with a simple mission: to create delicious, high-quality baked goods that bring joy to our customers' lives. We use only the best ingredients and our recipes are made from scratch.
The story doesn't end there. I was motivated by my two beautiful nieces Julliana and Gabriella that were diagnosed with brain injury, microcephaly, and cerebral palsy in utero. You can imagine the range of emotions from anxiety, excitement to the unknown. All we knew is that those babies were going to be loved. I finally got some little girls to dress up. Sadly, our dear Julliana passed after one year, truly heartbreaking and devastating. However, our spunky Gabriella is 8yrs old and thriving. Despite her many life challenges she's a happy girl! So, with my love of family and baking I decided to start J-Gabi's Goodies, LLC. It's my hope and desire that I will be able to assist with the mounting expenses associated with special needs children.
